• Support AI feature development for retrieval, ranking, categorization, and generative AI on unstructured healthcare data • Participate in AI projects from requirements gathering through deployment, supporting stakeholders and delivering models/software with guidance • Assist in model implementation and build reliable AI systems for production, learning monitoring and operational practices • Implement models under guidance from senior team members and help build systems that measure AI performance • Apply established methodologies using appropriate evaluation datasets, metrics, and model architectures to connect AI solutions to business outcomes • Collaborate closely with product managers, senior engineers, and other team members to integrate AI capabilities and share knowledge
