Job Description
• Own the growth agenda for North America focusing on new business acquisition, customer and partner expansion, and revenue acceleration
• Act as a sales strategist, set ambitious targets and ensure execution of go-to-market plans across all product lines
• Foster a strong sales culture valuing accountability, innovation, and customer centricity
• Invest in customer relationships and build/maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CFOs and CIOs)
• Actively participate in strategic sales engagements and provide executive leadership to secure key deals
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities by developing and executing a scalable regional strategy
• Build a high-performance team, mentor and coach employees, and promote inclusivity across a global matrixed organization
• Ensure achievement of sales, revenue and operational efficiency targets; establish and monitor KPIs
• Collaborate with global functional leaders (sales ops, marketing, finance, HR) to align regional operations with corporate strategies
• Collaborate with product management and marketing to provide market insights and drive GTM execution
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of driving growth in enterprise software
- More than 15 years of experience handling Sales leadership positions
- Strong sales acumen and deep understanding of CFO and CIO buyer personas
- Experience working in a global organization and collaborating across diverse cultures
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and history of delivering innovative solutions
- Financial acumen with P&L responsibility and ability to set and achieve operational and revenue goals
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with ability to inspire, coach, and empower employees
- Strategic thinker with ability to execute tactically and deliver short- and long-term results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
