• Prepare closing documents in accordance with loan terms, investor guidelines, and applicable state and federal regulations • Review final loan documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance prior to closing • Confirm closing conditions have been met and coordinate funding requests with appropriate departments • Communicate with title companies, escrow agents, attorneys, and internal departments to confirm closing details and resolve issues • Ensure timely and compliant delivery of closing packages to appropriate parties • Maintain detailed records and update loan origination system with final closing status • Monitor workflow timelines to ensure closings are completed within designated schedules • Assist with post-closing and audit requests as needed • Stay informed of changes in lending regulations, investor requirements, and internal policy updates • Partner with the Mortgage Compliance Manager to address risk mitigation and ensure adherence to all regulatory expectations • Reports to Mortgage Compliance Manager
