Job Description
• Join Advisory practice and deliver quality results to clients and their businesses
• Lead or support strategic client delivery engagements for Scientific Services and Advisory (SS&A)
• Drive growth for SS&A and represent Red Nucleus in addressing client needs
• Lead business development, budget and SOW management, project planning and management (PMO)
• Perform business requirements activities (research, interviews, workshops) and process optimization
• Develop and deploy training in various formats (e-learning and instructor-led)
• Create business plans, strategic plans, roadmaps, solution design and implementation
• Support quality and compliance, change management, user requirements specifications, user acceptance testing, systems validation and implementations
• Manage document migration, helpdesk, metrics and KPIs, and data governance; act as IT/Business liaison
• Internal responsibilities: budget and SOW management, contribution to marketing and business development, thought leadership, strategic leadership of internal and client-facing project teams
• Own a division and lead its growth; contribute to short-term and long-term vision and strategic growth of SS&A and Red Nucleus as a whole
Job Requirements
- Solid understanding of drug development lifecycle and supporting process activities
- At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- High attention to detail
- Self-starter and driven
- Ability to multi-task with superior organization skills
- Ability to lead and take accountability for driving timelines and project deliverables
- Dependable and flexible
- Excellent organizational and communication skills essential to working with global and interdisciplinary teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
- Working in a Global environment with an understanding of cultural differences and work practices
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
- Supervise division or subdivision of staff; lead others in problem solving and addressing engagement challenges; take accountability for team performance and quality of work
- Ability to identify business opportunities in key accounts and meet assigned sales targets
- Up to 50% travel may be required
