Job Description
• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
• Understand hiring requirements and define role-specific sourcing strategies
• Identify candidates via job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical fit
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals
• Coordinate interviews with clients and provide timely feedback
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of positions
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Job Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Knowledge of technical roles (e.g., Developers, Testers, Cloud Engineers, Data Analysts)
- Experience in both contract and permanent hiring
- Proficiency with platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
