Job Description

• Lead a tech team focused on the company’s trading ecosystem and integrations with external trading feed providers • Server-side development of products using .NET 8, ASP.NET Core (Web API), EntityFramework Core, Redis, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Docker • Develop high-load services and design application architecture • Perform code reviews and improve team skills • Collaborate closely with BAs, product and project managers to provide solutions and influence product • Contribute to B2B client-facing features and cross-team initiatives • Drive predictable delivery, manage risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes in Agile/Scrum

Job Requirements

Team development & people leadership experience (building culture of ownership, feedback, conflict resolution)
Delivery leadership & risk management experience in Agile/Scrum
Experience with distributed and high-load systems (performance, scalability, reliability)
SDLC governance experience (code review, testing, release hygiene, incident follow-through)
Technical leadership and strong software design knowledge (SOLID, OOD, design patterns)
Cross-team collaboration experience with Product, QA, Project Managers
Product mindset – aligning engineering with business goals
Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving context
Upper-Intermediate+ English
Fluent Ukrainian
