• Architect, build, automate and scale tools used by product engineers for pre-production development and testing • Define and build the next generation of Upstart’s Ephemeral infrastructure (Kubernetes-based) • Partner with XCUT teams to ensure tools integrate seamlessly into Ephemeral Environments • Drive major improvements in tooling and infrastructure alongside teammates • Enable product engineers to rapidly spin up fully functional environments for development, preproduction testing, pen-testing, demos, and special use cases • Evangelize Ephemeral tooling by delivering best-in-class documentation and processes • Operate and maintain Kubernetes in production and ensure reliability at scale • Collaborate across teams to support Upstart’s AI lending products
