Job Description
• Lead and manage client marketing campaigns end-to-end as primary point of contact and trusted advisor
• Develop digital marketing and demand generation strategies across paid advertising, SEO, SEM, email, and social
• Conduct and present research on industry trends and digital marketing best practices to inform strategies
• Lead client calls and presentations, translating complex marketing topics into clear language
• Set up and manage campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
• Manage organic social media (focus on LinkedIn): community management, content planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Build and manage campaign assets like landing pages, lead forms, and automated workflows within HubSpot and other CRMs
• Write and edit copy for paid ads, social media, emails, and landing pages
• Own reporting and analytics, build dashboards, analyze performance, and provide optimization recommendations
• Leverage marketing automation (HubSpot) to streamline workflows and track ROI
• Collaborate closely with Account Services, Design, and Content teams and report to Growth Marketing Lead
• Occasional travel to meet clients in person may be required
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in building and reporting on marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including advanced marketing automation and reporting
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of paid media platforms, including all types of campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- Proficient in using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and/or Tableau
- Foundational understanding of marketing attribution models and multi-touch attribution
- Experience with MarTech tools: Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Slack, Sprout Social (or similar), SEMRush (or similar)
- Proven experience working in a professional services or agency environment managing multiple clients and complex projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and client management experience
- Ability to build compelling data-driven presentations and tell a story with data
- Leadership, proactivity, organization, and strong attention to detail
- Expertise in planning, scheduling, and measuring organic social engagement (especially LinkedIn)
- Foundational understanding and interest in leveraging AI tools for marketing
