• Lead development of Headway’s ranking and relevance models for patient-provider matching • Design and scale ML models for matching and ranking, search, recommendation, and personalization • Use patient signals, provider attributes, and outcomes data to improve matching accuracy • Establish ML infrastructure for experimentation, model training, deployment, and monitoring • Set technical direction, build the initial ML stack, and mentor junior ML engineers and data scientists • Partner with product, engineering, and data science to define success metrics, design A/B experiments, and influence product strategy
