• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies, including Staffing Engine, job boards, social media, direct outreach, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), to identify and convert qualified healthcare clinicians and applicants. • Assist top-performing recruiters in building and maintaining a pipeline of healthcare clinicians with the necessary skill sets, certifications, and experience for current and future job openings. • Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to evaluate clinicians' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for clients. • Partner with assigned top recruiters to understand specific job requirements and tailor sourcing efforts to meet those needs. • Maintain Bullhorn database of clinicians' profiles, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and properly categorized. • Build strong relationships with clinicians to keep them engaged throughout the Gifted submission process. • Provide superb internal and external customer service and promote and exemplify Gifted Healthcare’s values - Diversity, Resilience, Compassion, Inclusivity and Fun.
