• Consult and meet with the client regularly to learn about their needs and update them on the progress of the projects • Provide product process leadership and work collaboratively with the technical delivery team • Actively participate in roadmap planning and help align product initiatives with business objectives and strategies • Implement Bitovi’s approach to Agile program management to produce accurate, actionable plans at scale • Deliver business and technical expertise to the feature teams for the purpose of completing the design, coding, testing, and implementation phases of the project life cycle • Develop technical requirements from business requirements and prioritize them • Break requirements down to workable sizes and user stories • Manage and appropriately escalate risks, issues, and changes • Manage and refine the product backlog, assemble sprints, and perform release planning • Participate in the release process as the product expert to surface any issues prior to the release • Ensure that roadmaps and the product backlog are visible, transparent, and clear to brand partners • Travel averages 3-5 days every quarter • With Bitovi’s full support, you’ll have protected time to present at conferences, give training, plan and run meetups or local groups, and create various kinds of content in your area of expertise
