• Lead the creation of the long-term roadmap and production goals for the team. • Oversee the robust live operations of a critical title, ensuring smooth execution and stability for players. • Improve team pipelines and workflows while monitoring team organization to ensure proper support. • Mentor producers at all levels and provide hands-on opportunities for them to learn and grow their skills. • Work with directors to establish product vision and team objectives, then clearly communicate them through documentation and presentations. • Resolve conflicts with internal, cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. • Proactively strengthen communication and relationships between all teams. • Present a clear, accurate, and digestible picture of the project to executive leadership while advocating for the team and development plans. • Use strong judgment to determine when and how to escalate issues, implement new tools, or overhaul processes. • Act as a key leader for a 60+ person team delivering on Cookie Jam's long-term strategic roadmap; optimize development processes and balance development priorities with player experience.
