• Define and champion the overall data quality strategy for Veeva's marketing operations, aligning it with business objectives • Lead the development and implementation of data governance policies and standards • Oversee data cleansing, enrichment, and deduplication projects to maintain a clean and accurate database • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor data quality • Translate complex data trends into clear, actionable insights for marketing and sales leadership • Partner closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure alignment on data standards and processes • Provide hands-on support and guidance to empower teams to own data quality in their respective areas • Ensure integrity, accuracy, and completeness of marketing data to support campaign execution and personalization
