Job Description
• Identify and engage client companies with hiring needs
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for open roles
• Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to placement
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads, pipelines, and placements
• Collaborate in community and join optional weekly Q&A calls
• Leadership handles final screening, credential checks, and client communications
Job Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, & business development
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
- Access to your own phone, computer, and internet
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Federal Tax ID/EIN# (Can be obtained on IRS.gov)
- Must be able to work as an independent contractor (1099)
