Job Description

• Provide services and support as a Project Facilitation (PF) Services (Training Specialist (TS)) in the Energy, Resources, And Industrials Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy’s Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) and NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) • Develop and deliver training programs related to energy efficiency and renewable energy • Provide education and support to ensure stakeholders have the knowledge and skills needed to successfully implement energy projects • Support professional services engagement for Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Clients such as DOE/NASA • Work generally located in Pasadena, California and across the West-Coast Region; support FedConnect portal interactions • Ensure work products are thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, comply with established criteria, and meet milestones/delivery schedules • Collaborate with firm leadership, team members, Fellows and partners; contribute thought leadership and leverageable experience

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of training or related experience
  • Recommended: 5 years of relevant experience
  • Degree in education, engineering, or related field from a four-year college or university
  • Recommended (Not Required, but may receive higher scoring): Certification in training and development or related field
  • Expertise in developing and delivering technical training programs
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Familiarity with ESPC regulations and training requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • VISA Sponsorship: No - We will not support sponsorship, i.e., H-1B or TN Visas for this position
  • Background Check And Drug testing: ProSidian reserves the right to require background checks and may conduct drug testing
  • Security Clearance may be required for certain engagement teams
