• Provide expertise in Workday Financials Modules - specifically Workday Billing, Procurement, Payables, Assets and General Ledger • Manage system architecture of the Workday Financial system • Provide support for Workday Security and other functional areas • Build product definition and leverage technical skills to drive towards the right solution • Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle • Lead in design sessions and code reviews with peers to elevate engineering quality • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, documentation, and problem resolution • Analyze and translate business and functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications • Work with other teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in Workday tools and technologies • Share and experiment with recent technologies and participate in internal and external technology communities • Mentor other engineers and consistently share best practices • Support finance business transformation from traditional IT to a tech organization with engineering excellence as its mission
