Job Description

• Own and execute the global sales strategy, with a strong focus on the US market. • Drive revenue growth, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy. • Stay hands-on with key deals, demos, and high-value opportunities. • Build, optimize, and scale sales processes and automation across the funnel. • Build and scale sales processes and automation, owning HubSpot CRM end-to-end. • Partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing to improve conversion, retention, and expansion. • Track and optimize core sales KPIs (pipeline, win rate, ACV, retention). • Use data and customer insights to refine pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. • Report performance and strategic insights to leadership and the CEO.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1+ years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven success selling accounting, fintech, or financial SaaS products.
  • Strong hands-on sales background - not purely strategic or managerial.
  • Deep experience working with US-based customers and understanding US buying behavior.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot - CRM setup, reporting, automation, and pipeline management.
  • Strong experience building and scaling sales automation and repeatable processes.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong command of SaaS sales metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • English C1+, written and spoken.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Product, CS, Support, and Leadership.
  • Experience in e-commerce or payments is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of accounting systems and workflows, including QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, and Oracle NetSuite is a strong plus.
