• Serve as the advocate for accessibility and a resource for colleagues developing accessible products • Provide outreach and training for project managers, web designers, developers, and content providers • Perform 508 testing and remediation for web, software, mobile, and electronic documents • Develop or contribute solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity • Work independently with some guidance; review or guide activities of more junior employees • Manage test data architecture definition and requests • Coordinate with teams for product acceptance including product security, performance testing, vulnerability testing, reliability, and fault tolerance testing • Identify and communicate risks and opportunities for improvement across all products and test frameworks • Perform initial debugging on test failures and read through code • Interact with 508 vendors and assistive technology ticket workflows • Obtain and maintain required security/IRS MBI clearance
