Job Description
• Creating and executing monthly roadmap and business plans that result in hitting the client’s monthly and quarterly sales and KPI goals
• Managing and growing the clients’ store and brand on Amazon
• Understanding customer's needs and developing strategies to grow their business
• Analyzing the P&L at the account and product levels to identify opportunities to grow top line revenue and bottom-line profit
• Leading client meetings and preparing agendas ahead of time
• Managing the Client’s Product Catalog and ensuring listings are created and optimized
• Working with the internal EVA teams to fix account issues and optimize listings and PPC
• Suggesting and creating promotional offers on special days and then reporting the sales outputs
• Helping the Inventory Specialists to understand key customer requirements to manage Inventory and forecasting
• Researching the market and competitors to provide strategies to improve the client’s brand and listings
• Creating reports either directly or by instructing internal teams
• Updating listings and fixing issues on Amazon Seller Central
• Performing other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-7 years of previous experience working as a Brand Manager with Amazon e-commerce brands
- Fluency in English, both writing and speaking
- Business acumen – a good understanding of business
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
- Leadership and management experiences
- Excellent analytical skills
- Great multitasking skills
