Job Description
• Perform patch management and routine system updates across servers, endpoints, and network devices.
• Conduct vulnerability management assessments and assist in remediation planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues escalated beyond Tier 1 support.
• Provide Tier 2 help desk support , including Windows OS, applications, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with documentation and reporting related to IT operations, patching, and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with the client’s IT team to ensure IT processes align with security best practices.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in systems and network administration.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, patching tools, and vulnerability management platforms .
- Solid troubleshooting skills across network and systems infrastructure .
- Experience providing Tier 2 end-user support in a professional environment.
- Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (PCI, HIPAA, NIST) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fractional, remote capacity .
