Job Description

• Conduct research and development on Bi:RIG crystal thin films • Develop and manage LPE furnace operation processes • Establish product standards and resolve process/quality issues • Build testing platform for composition, thickness, and Faraday rotation measurements • Collaborate with processing workshop on cutting, polishing, and handling of crystal thin films • Provide technical guidance and training to workshop technicians • Coordinate cross-team communication and implementation of improvement measures

Job Requirements

Conduct research and development on Bismuth Rare-earth Iron Garnet (Bi:RIG) crystal thin films
Develop processes related to the operation of the Liquid Phase Epitaxy (LPE) furnace
Establish and implement product standards for Bi:RIG
Address process and quality issues encountered during production and propose improvement measures
Set up testing platform for magneto-optical crystals: composition analysis, thickness measurement, Faraday rotation evaluation
Collaborate with crystal processing workshop to establish cutting, polishing, and other thin-film operations
Provide technical guidance and training to workshop technicians
Facilitate communication and coordination among teams
