• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Gen AI and agentic AI applications • Architect and deploy Gen AI applications using LLMs and agentic frameworks for mortgage lending use cases • Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with hybrid retrieval, semantic chunking, and vector search • Integrate AI solutions with Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI, and other cloud-native services • Work with unstructured data (PDFs, HTML, audio, images) and multimodal models • Implement LLMOps practices including prompt versioning, caching, observability, and cost tracking • Partner with product managers, data engineers, and UX teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions • Mentor engineers, lead technical design reviews, and contribute to long-term AI strategy • Continuously assess emerging Gen AI technologies (e.g., Gemini, Claude, open-source models) to identify best-in-class solutions
