Job Description
• Participate in a one-week virtual Real Estate Finance Training Program in June 2026 with two virtual sessions per day
• Learn basic real estate finance concepts, fundamentals and principles
• Receive hands-on general Excel training
• Receive hands-on general real estate financial modeling training in Excel (ARGUS not included)
• Focus on general topics to help participants interview at real estate firms
• Program dates announced by January 2026; final schedule and Zoom links provided during Spring 2026
Job Requirements
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university
- Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Dedication to building a career in the financial services industry with a focus on real estate finance
- Demonstrated sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results
- Submission of a complete registration form (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Resume, LinkedIn Profile URL, Current University/College, GPA, university/corporate email)
- Students who submit a complete registration form are automatically accepted into the program
