• Lead development and enhancement of Seismic’s search technologies, focusing on generative search within the Seismic Aura AI engine • Collaborate extensively with data science, engineering, product design, and GTM teams to align product surfaces, intents, and use cases • Develop deep understanding of Seismic’s product and customers’ problems in the Sales Enablement space to drive growth and retention • Translate product strategy into roadmaps informed by customers, stakeholders, market and competitive research • Build business cases for investment integrating usability studies, research, and market/competitive analysis • Develop specifications, negotiate and define scopes, and partner with design, engineering, and data science to deliver capabilities • Work hands-on with data scientists to build AI & ML models and applications, assessing tradeoffs and evaluating results • Define and analyze key metrics to inform decisions and measure product initiative success • Support go-to-market processes and collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success for launch readiness and adoption • Engage with customers on security and privacy matters pertaining to deploying AI models in regulated and non-regulated industries • Stay informed on latest trends and techniques in AI/ML-driven search to ensure innovative, user-aligned solutions
