Job Description
• Lead or support the implementation of SAP PP and QM modules, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet client-specific needs and business objectives.
• Analyze client production, quality, and maintenance processes, mapping requirements to SAP functionalities and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Configure and customize SAP PP and QM modules to align with business requirements and ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP PP and QM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PM) and external systems.
• Coordinate and support unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and reliability of the SAP solution.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client specifications; support monitoring of project progress and issue resolution.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP developments, trends, and best practices and proactively suggest enhancements and optimizations for SAP PP and QM processes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing SAP PP and QM modules, with a strong understanding of integrated processes across production, quality management, and plant maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SAP certifications in PP and QM modules are highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in SAP PP and QM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other modules (MM, SD, PM).
- Proven experience in business process mapping and translating business requirements into SAP solutions for production, quality, and maintenance processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in SAP configurations and operations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and engage with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and in German
