Job Description
• Perform routine and complex design of steel piles and steel connections
• Perform routine and complex design of cast-in-place concrete slabs
• Understanding of general renewable energy nomenclature
• Assist with the development of scope, schedule and budgets for projects
• Assist with the management of projects and tasks
• Assist with marketing and proposal development
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required
- Master’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of solar structure design experience required
- PE License is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in structural design software packages, specifically LPile, Mathcad, Excel
- Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD for plan development
- Proficiency with Excel/AutoCAD interoperability to create pile plot plans is a plus
- High energy, creative, flexible, patient, self-starter
