• Lead code development, enhancements and maintenance of existing R codebase for performance‑guarantees data pipelines for Value‑Based Care team • Migrate and develop high‑performance R pipelines, continuously monitor for optimization, and manage version control in GitHub • Plan and execute code migrations across environments • Design, refactor and orchestrate scalable, efficient data pipelines and workflows • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners (clinical teams, business analysts, client‑reporting, product personalization, product analytics, program‑evaluation/ROI teams) • Build, test and implement reusable workflows (functions, stored procedures, R packages etc) • Produce and distribute regular performance dashboards and ad‑hoc reports for internal stakeholders and external client partners • Support Value‑Based Care team in conducting clinical outcome metrics investigation to inform business decisions
