Job Description
• Provide individual teletherapy sessions via secure video and phone for adult and adolescent clients
• Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic care
• Collaborate with a care team including practice manager, clinical director, and care navigators to ensure coordinated, high-quality service
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical records in line with regulatory and company standards using EHRs
• Support patients dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and other mental health conditions using proven therapeutic approaches
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of virtual care models
• Stay connected with broader medical and product teams to innovate new mental health solutions
• Provide services part-time (20 hours/week) and work independently
Job Requirements
- Experience providing independent, unsupervised therapy in a clinical setting
- Active license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) in at least one of the following states: California, Texas, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Maryland, Kentucky, Minnesota, Arkansas, Indiana, Utah, West Virginia, Nevada, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Delaware, Hawaii, or District of Columbia with eligibility to treat patients independently
- Experience using evidence-based practices, particularly for PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited program
- Experience assessing, diagnosing and preparing treatment plans
- Comfortable with electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth technology
- Must be able to work in an unsupervised capacity
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (employer will cover cost)
- Ability to deliver therapy to adult and adolescent clients via video and phone
- Ability to work part-time (20 hours/week)
