Job Description
• Build ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with deal size ≥ USD100mn
• Data-driven methodology to score and rank deals
• Produce Pre-IPO company tearsheet, fundamental research, valuation and pricing insights
• Produce Post-IPO trading summary and lock-up expiry preview
• Provide high-touch services for select institutional clients including pre-deal positioning, market intelligence, management meeting questions, Excel models, bespoke notes (NDA-driven), post-deal lock-up expiry trades, desk access via email/messaging and direct calls
Job Requirements
- Extensive research and/or investment experience for institutional clients (5 yrs+)
- Demonstrated experience and network within US equity capital markets
- Demonstrated ability to write research
