Job Description
• Design, implement, and productionize voice and chat agents using Dialogflow CX (flows, playbooks)
• Develop, test, and monitor frameworks for conversational AI systems
• Build and optimize machine learning models to improve system performance
• Work with Python (Cloud Functions, Colab) and SQL (BigQuery) for data analysis and solution development
• Define and implement evaluation metrics to measure success and enhance customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions
Job Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience as a data scientist
- Strong expertise in Dialogflow CX and conversational AI frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, SQL (BigQuery), and cloud-based tools (Colab, Cloud Functions)
- Hands-on experience with test design, evaluation metrics, and system monitoring
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Prior experience in productionizing AI/ML models is highly desirable
