Job Description
• Act as a strategic partner to the world’s largest field service businesses, architecting high-impact solution roadmaps
• Lead visionary conversations with executive stakeholders toward future-state outcomes
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and keep enterprise prospects engaged
• Demonstrate thought leadership and technical fluency across WorkWave’s platform and services
• Champion strategic prospecting to identify, engage, and convert top enterprise targets
• Work with Sales Engineers to deliver compelling demos and tailored solution recommendations
• Build, manage, and close a robust pipeline of multi-million-dollar SaaS opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain high visibility with executive stakeholders across the company
• Leverage sales tools and technology to manage pipeline, craft proposals, and drive deal progression
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of success in CRM, ERP, or SaaS sales
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, enterprise-level environments
- Excels at complex qualification and leads strong discovery calls
- Solution selling skills; ability to consult and architect solutions
- Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder/big-ticket contracts
- Ability to lead high-stakes conversations with C-level/executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated thought leadership and technical fluency
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial drivers
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, disciplined execution
- Relationship-building skills; accountability and ownership
- Composed under pressure and resilient
- Experience working with Sales Engineers to deliver demos and tailored recommendations
