Job Description
• Broaden affiliate and influencer reach across all French-speaking countries, focus on France
• Identify potential partners, engage and enable success, monitor performance, provide operational support
• Grow local presence through creation of engaging social media posts and campaign publishing
• Collaborate with French-based influencers for co-branded stories and campaigns
• Create marketing-driven content spotlighting insights from partners, align editorial and commercial goals
• Create and execute webinars end-to-end: content coordination, operational setup, live session assistance, content follow-up
• Support and scale efforts in affiliate marketing, partner operations, social media growth and content marketing support
• Build and solidify relationships with new local partners, enhance performance by increasing cross-platform visibility
• Hands-on role with emphasis on enabling partners and improving conversion metrics
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating and managing affiliate programs
- Ideally exposure to the financial sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and principles, especially affiliate marketing
- Interest in finance; desire to learn and understand financial markets
- Proven track record in brand growth via main social media channels
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Energetic and willing to take the initiative
- A team player with a desire for professional growth
- Strong operational abilities to manage end-to-end affiliation tasks
- Proven success in reaching out to new partners and improving performance metrics
- Advantage: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Advantage: Existing network of contacts or track record establishing relationships with agencies, influencers, partners within financial sector
- Advantage: Excellent presentation skills
- Advantage: Previous experience with platforms like InvestingPro or similar finance-related platforms
- Advantage: Strong negotiation skills to close deals with affiliate partners
- Advantage: Experience working in a multinational corporation or familiarity with cross-regional projects
