Job Description
• Own Zipline’s future growth portfolio
• Identify, validate, and de-risk new sources of revenue
• Work across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Sales, CS, RevOps, and Corporate Development
• Define clear investment theses, success criteria, and decision points
• Build rigorous business cases including TAM, ROI, cost-to-serve, and GTM implications
• Run early-stage discovery to understand unmet customer needs
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data to validate technical feasibility
• Execute controlled pilots and proof points
• Recommend market entry strategies, sequencing, and success metrics
• Collaborate with Corporate Development on product-fit assessments for partnerships and M&A
• Establish frameworks for discovery, validation, piloting, and business casing
Job Requirements
- Experience in product management or related fields
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products or features
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
