Job Description
• Define and implement sales strategies across the North America region and verticals
• Manage the full sales cycle from conversion of meetings into opportunities to securing long-term deals
• Recruit, retain, and lead a successful and driven sales team
• Report on weekly and monthly sales forecasts, driving forecast accuracy and pipeline tracking within the team
• Provide ongoing support, training and coaching to the sales team
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to build and support the sales funnel
• Maintain high level of industry knowledge, best practices and developments within target markets
• Build and maintain highly collaborative relationships with internal teams to achieve company goals
Job Requirements
- 5+ years' experience working in a sales leadership position, covering full sales cycles
- Excellent and consistent sales track record within financial software solutions (SaaS), ideally order-to-cash
- Consistent track record of new business enterprise sales achievement
- Ability to sell into CxO with proven track record
- Experience in execution of defined and repeatable sales strategies and methodologies
- Ability to recruit, build, and retain a successful and driven sales team
- Experience managing sales forecasts, pipeline tracking and reporting
- Provide ongoing support, training and coaching to team members
- Passion for entrepreneurship, customer value driven and desire to build something new
- Self-starter with passion for driving growth
- Master’s Degree preferred
