• Delivers data, reports and dashboards with the key performance indicators and metrics needed to make business critical decisions and drive business results. • Builds strong working relationships with data consumers to understand the link between data requests and business process decisions. • Works with data consumers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand business rules behind available data to enable proper interpretation for metrics. • Perform data cleaning and transformation • Analyze, interpret, and compile large amounts of data to find impactful insights that drive decision-making. • Create, execute or analyze basic test scenarios to verify that client requirements are built into system design. • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to be a champion of change and for data literacy for the organization. • Aid in the creation and maintenance of documentation of data artifacts to ensure smooth operations and a robust knowledge base. • Teach, train, and educate others across the organization with respect to best practices for presenting and analyzing data to deliver business value.
