• Own configuration for Finance processes in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud aligned to Fit-to-Standard best practices • Provide L2 support for finance-related incidents: posting errors, reconciliation issues, billing-to-GL exceptions, integration exceptions impacting financial results, and period-end defects • Support month-end close execution by coordinating issue resolution, validating process runs, and improving close performance through standardization and defect reduction • Support internal controls and audit readiness • Partner with Sales/Delivery and Supply Chain analysts to ensure clean end-to-end financial impacts from billing, returns/credits, goods movements, and procurement-related postings • Lead functional testing for finance changes • Support SAP Public Cloud quarterly release readiness
