Job Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Price/Cost Analysts supporting all Space Sector programs and Business Units • Ensure all Price/Cost Analysis Reports (PCARs) meet FAR and DFARS requirements and withstand audit and customer scrutiny • Oversee and perform complex cost analyses, including: Price and cost realism analysis, Certified Cost or Pricing Data evaluations, Overrun analyses, Closeout cost evaluations, Proposal support and negotiation strategy development • Establish and maintain standardized sector methodologies for price and cost analysis • Serve as the sector subject matter expert for FAR Part 15 pricing requirements and related DFARS provisions • Partner with Supply Chain, Contracts, Programs, and Finance to align pricing strategy and risk posture • Support internal and external audits (DCMA, DCAA, CPSR, internal reviews) • Drive continuous improvement in tools, templates, training, and analytical techniques • Provide leadership visibility on cost risk, trends, and systemic issues impacting program affordability

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field – OR – Master’s degree with 6 + years of experience
  • 8+ years of experience in price/cost analysis, government contracting, or related disciplines
  • Demonstrated expertise in FAR Part 15 and DFARS pricing requirements
  • Proven people-leadership experience managing and developing analytical teams
  • Strong command of cost analysis methodologies, including labor, material, ODC, and indirect rate analysis
  • Experience supporting audits and responding to government or internal review findings
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with cost modeling tools and Excel-based analysis
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced, regulated environment
