• Own the partnership with our Head of Engineering and CTO on hiring EPD priorities • Manage full-cycle recruiting process • Maintain strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy • Actively source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit for stage and company • Develop creative strategies for engaging top talent through outbound prospecting, company marketing, networking, referrals, and events • Leverage trends, data, research, networks, and your own industry knowledge to know where to go to find exceptional candidates for Hex • Build a solid understanding of Hex’s business and culture in order to craft thoughtful, high-quality messaging • Collaborate with the team to expand and elevate our top-of-funnel strategies • Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership • Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, finance and HR teams • Continuously and independently seek new ways to improve both the candidate experience and recruiting process
