Job Description

• Unlock untapped growth potential within prestigious accounts. • Move beyond transactional selling and become a trusted advisor. • Be responsible for end-to-end health and expansion of critical accounts. • Navigate complex organizational webs – aligning Legal, Procurement, and OEM approvals. • Drive massive ROI through revenue lift and operational efficiency. • Influence new product development with the Product Management team. • Execute multi-year growth plans, acting as a primary point of contact for Dealer Principals and OEM VPs.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • 8+ years of experience in Account Management, B2B Sales, or a related commercial role.
  • Proven track record in managing $MM accounts where growth was driven by strategy and product expansion, not just renewals.
  • You have experience facilitating Innovation Workshops and can steer a room of C-suite executives toward a shared vision.
  • You are comfortable speaking 'Product' and 'Engineering' languages.
  • Expert in contract negotiation and value-based pricing.
  • Highly organized and proficient in CRM; you document strategic account plans.
  • You are an expert at navigating the 'internal' sale—managing the legal, compliance, and procurement hurdles.
