• Price check and review all invoices for approval prior to payment • Collaborate effectively with internal parties and vendors to resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders (POs), and item receipts • Manage RGA credit reporting and follow-up with vendors on credits related to returns, rebalances, and warranties • Support inventory-related workflows to ensure accurate financial reporting • Process credit applications and maintain credit management reporting
