Job Description

• Deliver high-impact, in-office training for orthodontic teams, coaching on financial presentation for treatment plans, Sunbit workflows, and best practices to improve patient conversion. • Own and grow a defined book of business across orthodontic practices, driving consistent increases in Sunbit adoption, application velocity, and loan volume. • Build trusted, long-term relationships with key decision makers, including orthodontists, office managers, treatment coordinators, and front-office teams. • Lead recurring performance reviews (monthly, quarterly) using practice-level data to highlight wins, uncover growth opportunities, and align on action plans that drive utilization and case acceptance. • Maintain disciplined CRM management (activity tracking, notes, scheduling, and account planning) to support accurate forecasting and business visibility. • Share critical field insights- orthodontic market trends, competitive dynamics, and practice feedback- with leadership to influence product improvements and go-to-market strategy. • Represent Sunbit with professionalism and subject-matter expertise, always focused on helping orthodontic practices serve more patients through responsible, patient-friendly financing solutions.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in field sales, key account management, or practice consulting, ideally within orthodontics.
  • Proven track record of growing existing orthodontic accounts through strong relationship-building, effective training, data-driven performance conversations, and strategic influence.
  • Experience coaching and enabling front-line orthodontic staff and office leadership, preferably in a workflow-driven or technology-enabled environment.
  • Strong business acumen with comfort analyzing performance metrics, including case acceptance, conversion trends, utilization rates, account segmentation, and revenue planning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence leading in-office trainings, business reviews, and group discussions with clinical and administrative teams.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management, territory planning, and visit-routing skills across a multi-practice book of business.
  • A self-motivated, proactive, high-ownership mindset- someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment and takes pride in ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency with productivity and reporting tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel 70% (overnights included) to support in-practice engagement and training.
