Job Description

• Define and execute the global Developer Relations and Community strategy aligned with OutSystems’ business objectives, product roadmap, and go-to-market motions. • Lead, scale, and mentor a high-performing, globally distributed DevRel and Community organization. • Act as the executive voice of the developer community. • Establish clear success metrics for developer engagement, activation, retention, and advocacy. • Own the growth, health, and engagement of the global OutSystems developer community. • Scale community programs for different developer personas and maturity stages. • Build partnerships with external entities (system integrations, universities, partners, etc.) who can help grow or improve the OutSystems developer community. • Foster advocacy, recognition, and belonging within the community. • Drive an exceptional end-to-end developer experience across onboarding, learning, documentation, and tooling.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years in Developer Relations, Community, or related roles.
  • Proven track record scaling global developer communities.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software platforms and development practices.
  • Experience influencing product direction.
  • Experience leading global teams.
