• Collaborate with the Business Unit (BU) global trade and customs leads to develop and coordinate an overall approach for customs operations processes across multiple BUs • Support the design of a customs operations approach that enables RTX to operate with more common, collaborative, and interoperable processes & systems • Drive alignment across customs areas, including appropriate connectivity to the upstream and downstream processes to achieve the overall oneRTX: PST objective • Influence key decision-makers on critical system design choices for customs operations, providing expert guidance to shape RTX’s overall approach to customs operations • Engage with RTX’s system integration partner, supporting system blueprint and design sessions to ensure the customs operations processes are fully integrated with broader systems and tools • Partner with RTX Business Units, Enterprise Services and Corporate Functions on development of future state process improvements • Travel ~ 25%-40%, primarily to Richardson, TX and other major RTX US sites (Farmington, CT; Cedar Rapids, IA; and Charlotte, NC)
