• Assess a partner’s readiness to migrate from Automate to RMM. • Manage accountability through a guided onboarding experience • Initiate nurture campaigns based on migration progress • Assist in problem solving as issues arise throughout the migration process with the goal of expanding and optimizing a partner’s usage and long-term success • Facilitate private and 1: Many migration sessions • Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure relationship leaders are made aware of the status of a partner’s migration status. • Provide frequent feedback and enhancement recommendations for the process
