**The Role** You'll provide 1-on-1 MNT to patients with obesity, prediabetes, diabetes, and cardiovascular risk factors via telehealth. You'll bill directly through our credentialed medical group under UnitedHealthcare and Medicare. **What You'll Do** - Conduct initial MNT assessments and follow-up sessions via HIPAA-compliant telehealth - Develop individualized nutrition care plans emphasizing satiety, protein, and fiber optimization - Document visits with appropriate ICD-10 and CPT coding for insurance billing - Collaborate with referring physicians and our NP on shared patients - Support patients between visits using FitMate's meal tracking and coaching platform - Maintain clinical documentation standards for audit readiness
