Job Description
Job Requirements
- Experience with ECOM processing and ability to learn the new ECOM process we have launched.
- Experience with HELP Systems products such a Robot Scheduler is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the aptitude to follow instructions as provided and increase current knowledge base.
- Previous experience with ICOMS, GUI, and IAD minimum 1 year, required.
- IBM AS/400 command line experience required.
- Telecomm experience, minimum 1 year, a plus.
- General knowledge of database management and able to effectively refer to user guides as needed.
- Expected to be able to learn System Parameters and how they interact with current business practices.
- Process documentation experience a plus
- Flexibility with working hours including overnight maintenance
- Ability to self-manage themselves to successfully complete all work assigned and within the expected timeframe
- Ability to work and complete Projects while effectively communicating with the PM
- Basic troubleshooting skill are required
- Ability to read and update reports as needed
- SQL knowledge a plus
- Proficient with MS Excel, experience with MS Word and other MS Office Applications
- MS Visio a plus
- Works well within a small group of peers, interdepartmentally, and with Vendor.
