Job Description
• Manages program workstreams to ensure timely and effective completion of interconnected project activities
• Communicates program and individual project progress to client and internal resources
• Evaluates all proposed modifications to program and project scope
• Internally escalates program risk issues and strategizes to resolve issues
• Manages and maintains program and interconnected project management documents
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related experience
- Minimum of 7+ years of related project management experience in the credit union, banking, payments, or related vendor industry
- Experience with enterprise-grade software applications and project management activities
- Project Management Professional Certification preferred
- Technical knowledge - Smartsheet, HubSpot, resource management and tracking applications, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
