Job Description

• Plan and lead large, complex Talent Acquisition (TA) projects that require extensive cross-functional and external vendor collaboration. • Work closely with TA leaders and associates to ensure seamless project execution and adoption. • Delegate tasks effectively to project support team members, develop and coordinate communications to support project goals, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Lead the optimization of TA systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Continuously evaluate and improve TA workflows, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals. • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of TA technologies, including Paradox, HireLogic and myInterview/Radancy. • Deliver Early Career hiring and recruitment strategies, partnering closely with the Early Careers program owner. • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for Early Career roles, including developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, and managing the hiring process through offer acceptance. • Support the TA Training Academy Program as needed, assisting with the development, delivery, and facilitation of department-wide trainings. • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including TA Leadership, PLD, Legal, Compliance, HRIS, IT, and business partners.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7-9 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience supporting a Talent Acquisition team within a corporate or agency setting
  • Experience within Talent Acquisition operations or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting early career or entry-level hiring strategies
  • Time Management Skills
  • Project Management Skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders within and outside of TA
  • Experience working with recruitment tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, Paradox)
  • Experience with Workday recruiting ATS
