Job Description

• Case management for learners ages 2–18 • Clinical documentation and data tracking in CentralReach • Intake assessments and treatment planning • Parent training and caregiver collaboration • Supervision and mentorship of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs • Collaboration with Clinical Directors and regional leadership • Full-time billable expectation: 30 hours/week for remote/travel roles

Job Requirements

Lives within 350 miles of the San Jose metro area and able to travel 5 days per month (1 week in-person, 3 weeks remote)
Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree
Strong ethical standards and clinical judgment
Commitment to client outcomes
Leadership mindset and ability to support growing teams
Comfortable working remotely with periodic travel
