- Required Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor Degree in Program/Project Management, Business Management or related discipline.
- Active PMP certification required
- 5 years of demonstrate program/project management experience.
- 5 years of both DOD and DOD software Development experience required
- 2 years minimum experience utilizing ServiceNow
- SCRUM Master Certification
- Experience with additional Agile scaling frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS)
- Experience supporting enterprise-level DoD IT modernization initiatives.
- Familiar with DoD acquisition lifecycle processes and software development governance frameworks.
